1.1 Order Processing and Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped directly from the Porto X Official warehouse located in Singapore. Our shipping operations run on business days, which are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.
- Daily Dispatch Cut-off: Orders successfully paid for and confirmed before 1:30 PM SGT (Singapore Time) will be prioritized for same-day dispatch.
- Next Business Day Processing: Orders confirmed after the daily cut-off time, or those placed on non-operational days, will be processed and handed over to the courier on the following business day.
1.2 Local Courier and Estimated Shipping Time
Porto X Official partners with reliable local courier providers to ensure your order arrives safely within Singapore. The estimated local delivery timeline is as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 1 to 3 Business Days
Please note that all deliveries within Singapore are handled via our standard service, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
1.3 Order Tracking Information
You can monitor the status of your Porto X order and shipment in real-time via your registered account:
- Account Access: Please log in to your Porto X account on our official website.
- Tracking Availability: The tracking number and link will automatically appear on the "My Orders" page once the order has been successfully shipped.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for products within 7 days from the date the item was received.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition (unworn and unused).
- A clear and uncut unboxing video of the package must be provided.
2.2 Non-Eligible Items (Exclusions)
Please note that the return and exchange policy does not apply to certain discounted or promotional products.
